Objectives of this Lesson: 1.      The students will listen to the teacher read Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? and show that they understand it by answering simple yes/no questions about the story correctly. 2.      The students will be able to say, write and show that they understand the meaning of the words “bear, bird, duck, horse, frog, cat, dog, sheep, goldfish, brown, red, yellow, blue, green, purple, white, black, and gold”. 3.      The students will be able to use the structure “It is a (adjective) + (noun)” in their own speaking and writing. (ex: It is a brown bear.)

3. The teacher will point out the animals in the story by asking the students “What is it?” while showing the pages with the animals on them. The teacher will show the students cards with these words on them and ask the students to demonstrate the meaning of the words using their own words. 4. The teacher will show the students the structure “It is a brown bear.” on the pocket cart and will show the students how change the adjectives and nouns to make the different sentences to answer the question “What is it?”	Whole class		Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?
